Firstcheer's Cheerleading Training and Safety Mats The premier Cheerleading mats that offer unrivalled quality. Developed and modified over 35 years. Produced from lightweight closed cell, cross-linked, expanded Polyethylene Foam, 33kgs per cubic metre density offering far superior shock absorbent properties than chip-foam. Covered with a heavy duty, flame retardant, washable Polyester Reinforced PVC.
The underside features a unique Anti-Slip backing to give an improved grip on highly polished surfaces. The smooth mat surface prevents mat burns, lumping or ankle twisting and the firmness is just right to cushion falls yet not so soft that it dissipates the force needed for take-offs and rebound skills.
The Panelite Cheerleading Mats are available with or without velcro fastening and, for wall fixing and storage, velcro Battens are available to which the mats can be fixed in seconds. Blue mats are supplied as standard with other colours available upon request. Available in thicknesses of 15mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, and 50mm in a wide range of sizes. Four types of Panelite Mat are produced, in either single panel or double panel folding: The Panelite Individual Mat - ideal for individual use, stretch matting, hospital physiotherapy and schools use. The Panelite Gym Mat - with velcro fastening to two long sides to form a Tumbling Strip or Run-Up Mat. The Panelite All-Purpose Mat - with velcro fastening to all four sides to form either a strip or floor area for Tumbling Strips, Stretching Areas, Gymnastics, Physiotherapy, Wrestling or Judo practice. The Panelite Concertina Mat - ideal for general physical education, tumbling or a basic mat. Lightweight, folds in 2ft (24cm) panels or 3ft 3in (100cm) panels with velcro fastening at each end or all round. Available in a choice of colours or in multi-colour form.
